Business + Yoga + a Gift for You  = Happy March!

Hello, hello,

Today I’m excited to announce the launch of a course I created for OmStars, a subscription-based Internet yoga channel, titled: Where Yoga Meets Business.

Before you tune out thinking, “I’m not flexible; Yoga is not for me. Plus, exercising barefoot is a big ‘No, thank you.’” I would remind you that it’s business and yoga.

Hmmmm….

What does this mean?

Well, over the 20+ years I’ve been practicing yoga I realized how much I learned on my mat was applicable off my mat: in all kinds of business situations.

With this in mind, I reached out to my friend, Kino Macgregor, who created OmStars and we put together 17 short videos where I demonstrate (all while sitting on a couch!) the intersection between yoga and business.

Because Kino is super-deluxe in so many ways, she has offered those of you who are interested in a free one-month membership to OmStars to get you hooked. Simply go to their home page and use FRANCESJONES as your code.

What you’ll discover once you are there are hours and hours of courses at every level of mastery.

Whether you’re a beginner or are longing to perfect your handstand, there is something for you.

Have a “bad” wrist, ankle, back….you name it? Anatomy classes will help you explore what’s occurring and multiple classes offer drills to help you strengthen and stretch whatever needs strengthening or stretching.

Long to feel comfortable upside down as well as right side up? Kino and Holly Fiske are available to help you begin that adventure.

Think your legs are strong as STEEL?  Please do Erin Roush’s leg course and report back. (I guarantee there will be a moment when you’re thinking, “You have got to be kidding me….”)

There’s vegan cooking, there’s travel, there’s fashion….

Oh, and there’s my course, “Where Yoga Meets Business.”

As you can see, I’m passionate about what Kino has created—and I hope you will be, too.

  • Because whatever your interest level or fitness level, there’s something for you.
  • Whatever your schedule and stamina permit, there’s something for you.
  • Wherever you are: business trip hotel room! Mother-in-law’s house! Lunch hour at the office! There’s something for you.

And all of this comes with lots of love from me to you.

Frances
